Order Cancellation

Please be aware, once an order is placed, we can't cancel the order, as it begins processing immediately. However, once your order arrives to you, you may reach out to our support team to start the return process. Once you return your order, we can process a refund!

Important Notice: Due to the Canada Post strike, shipping delays may affect orders to Canada. We’re working to minimize disruptions and keep you updated.

Priority + Insured Shipping

If you've selected Priority + Insured shipping, you will be given the option to have your order reshipped or refunded if the order is lost in transit.

If you ordered using "Free Shipping" or "Priority Processing," we will reship your package if it is lost during transit.

Shipping to Over 200 Countries

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.

Lost/Missing Packages

Futoky™ is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Important Holiday Season Update: Due to high demand and increased shipping volumes during the holiday season, delivery times may take an additional 5–7 business days depending on your location. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure they arrive on time.

Max delivery time – 30 business days.

This doesn’t include our 1-day processing time.

Weekend Processing:
Please note that orders placed on weekends will be processed starting the next business day, which may add 1–2 days to the estimated shipping time.
