Futoky™ Refund & Exchange Policy
At Futoky™, we want you to love what you buy. If you're not completely satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right.
60-Day Return Policy
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

A maximum of two (2) items per order are eligible for a refund.

Unlimited store credit or exchanges are allowed per order.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges

Exchanges are only processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

If the new item is priced higher, you’ll pay the difference.

If priced lower, we’ll refund the difference.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email us at support@futoky.com with your order number and issue details. We’ll respond with return instructions.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately and cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving your order.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Please reach out to our team before filing a chargeback. We’re committed to resolving your issue fairly.
Unauthorized chargebacks may void your eligibility for refunds or exchanges under our policy.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund it based on the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
